Dark and Milk Chocolate: 250gms

Preparation:

Mix Coconut Powder and Milkmaid together.

Now in a rectangular dish set the mixture with the help of backside of the spoon.Dip the spoon in water in between while setting the mixture so that mixture doesn't stick to spoon.

Keep the dish in freezer for about 2 Hours.
Take out the dish from freezer and cut the set mixture into bars. Transfer to freezer for few more minutes.

In the meantime, cut chocolate into pieces and melt half of the chocolate on double boiler. On low heat, stir chocolate until melted. Now add the remaining chocolate and stir well.

It's the time for dipping now! Take bars from the freezer, now with the help of two forks, dip one bar in melted chocolate and roll it to cover all sides using a fork. Hot Delicious Donuts

Hello Friends!!! How all have u been... I am back after a long gap...
Yesterday I was pretty much surprised as my wife prepared Donuts for me..

Here's the recipe from her end. The recipe is too easy and is doable... try it I'm sure you will succeed in it...

Ingredients

For kneading dough:

Maida - 2 cup

Milk - ¾ cup
Butter - ¼ cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Dry active yeast - 1 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp (as per taste)
Oil - for frying oil

For glazing donuts:

Powdered sugar - ¼ cup
Brown chocolate - 100 grams

Procedure:

Firstly knead dough for making donuts. Make milk lukewarm; also melt butter a bit so that it gets mixed in flour easily.
Take flour in any big utensil, add sugar, salt, dry active yeast and butter. Mix all ingredients really well. With help of lukewarm
milk knead soft dough. Roll the dough giving it a round shape and spread some dry flour in a dish and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Do not forget to cover the dough with a wet cloth.

After 30 minutes check with the dough, knead it again and let it rest for another 30 minutes in similar manner.

After 30 minutes the dough will be just double the actual one.

Spread some dry flour on the board and place dough on it. With help of rolling pin make a round circle with ½- ¾ cm thickness and cut round donuts with help of a glass. Take a small cap of bottle and make holes in the donuts. Place donuts on a tray. Make donuts from rest of the dough again in similar manner. Brush all prepared donuts with oil so that they don’t get dry.

Cover the donuts and keep them aside for 1/2 an hour so that they become puffy.

After 1/2 an hour take oil in a pan and place it on flame for heating. Gently place 1-2 or as many donuts as possible in medium hot oil. Fry on low flame until they turn golden brown in color. Take out fried donuts in a plate with absorbent paper. Fry all donuts like wise.

Dust piping hot donuts with powdered sugar.

For glazing the donuts:

Melt brown chocolate (For melting chocolate, heat water in any utensil and place the second utensil with crushed chocolate on its top. Cook on medium flame until chocolate gets pouring consistency. Stir after every 1-2 minutes). Take off the bowls with melted chocolates of flame and dip dome donuts with brown chocolate.

All the very best.. Do write me if you have any type of question..
