Chocolate chip cookies

Hi, i was looking for good recipe to work on, but i tried many recipes to make these yummy chocolate chip cookies but i had to adjust it according my Convection oven.

Making cookies looks easy but its not easy ingredients proportion and oven temperature and time is very important, once u learn it, u can make any cookies with lot of variation, so i will give u simple way to remember the recipe proportion :)

Ingredients
  • 100gm Butter at room temperature
  • 100gm Powdered Sugar
  • 150 gram all purpose flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 50 gram chocolate chip
  • half tsp vanilla essence
  • 2-3 tsp milk
Now watch proportion 1:1:1.5 thats basic proportion 1 is butter 1 is sugar and 1.5 is flour just stick to this and make any quantity cookies will always b chewy :)

Procedure
  • Mix butter and sugar well until it becomes light and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla essence into and mix well.
  • In other bowl sift flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
  • Add the dry mix to butter and sugar mix, mix well until its mixed well.
  • Add chocolate chips at the end.
  • Now dough will not b pile able , so add milk 1 tsp at a time until it becomes wet and sticky.
  • Pre-heat oven at 170 and put these dough in small round flat balls for 170 for convection for 15 minutes and for non convection 190 for 20 minutes, after its cookies these small flat balls will become complete flat and at least 50% bigger in size so leave enough space when u align on baking tray :)
  • Eat them and let me know how they turned out to b :P
